Warranty Policy

At Pro Tour Auto LLC, we take pride in designing and fabricating high-performance custom chassis built to the highest standards. Every chassis we produce is crafted with precision and durability in mind. While all sales are final, we stand behind our workmanship and offer the following limited warranty:

Limited Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If chassis installation is done by us, the 1-year warranty begins on the date installation is completed. Installation of a chassis kit is considered completed when all parts included in the chassis kit have recieved final install. We are responsible for notifying the customer when chassis installation is complete. If chassis installation is not done by us than the 1-year warranty begins on the date of delivery.

What’s Covered?

• Structural integrity of welds and framework of any fabricated parts such as frame, control arms, rear end housings, etc.
• Material defects in steel, aluminum, or other components fabricated in-house.

What’s Not Covered?

• Damage caused by improper installation, modifications, or misuse.
• Normal wear and tear, corrosion, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance, and third party coatings.
• Damage resulting from a crash or improper maintenance.
• Third-party components such as suspension parts, hardware.

Claims & Resolution

• Contact us at protourauto@protoutauto.com with your original order details and a description of the issue.
• Provide clear photos or videos to assist in evaluation.
• If a defect is confirmed, we will determine whether to repair or replace the defective portion of whatever part is defective.
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning parts for repair inspection or repair.

Customer Responsibility

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and maintenance.
• Professional installation by a qualified fabricator or mechanic is highly recommended.
• Any modifications made to the chassis after purchase void the warranty.

Return Policy

At Pro Tour Auto LLC, we take pride in designing and fabricating high-performance custom chassis built to the highest standards. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

No Returns or Refunds

• Each chassis is built to order and tailored to the customer’s specifications.
• Once an order is placed and production begins cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
• We do not accept returns for incorrect specifications provided by the customer, or changes in project direction.

Customer Responsibility

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all specifications, measurements, and design requirements are correct before placing an order.
• We strongly recommend professional installation by us or qualified fabricators or mechanics to ensure proper fitment and performance.
