Return & Refund Policy

At Pro Tour Auto LLC, all products are custom-built to order. Because every chassis and subframe is fabricated to customer specifications, our return and refund policies are strict and clearly defined below.

Subframe Return & Refund Policy

Subframes may be returned under the conditions below. All subframe orders include a 30% non-refundable portion of the purchase price.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, contact us at protourauto@protourauto.com.
  • Include your name, order number, and reason for return in the email.
  • We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, the customer has 7 days to ship the product back.
  • The product must be handed to the carrier within this timeframe.
  • A valid tracking number must be provided as proof of shipment.

Refund Amount

  • 30% of the subframe cost is non-refundable.
  • The remaining 70% will be refunded once the item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When Refunds May Be Denied

  • If the return is not initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the product is not shipped within 7 days of approval.
  • If no tracking number is provided.
  • If the item is damaged due to improper packaging or misuse.

Chassis Order Policy

Chassis purchases are highly customized and built to customer specifications. Due to the nature of this work, chassis refunds and cancellations follow the rules below.

Deposits & Refundability

  • Chassis orders require a 50% deposit to begin production.
  • This deposit is non-refundable immediately upon placing the order.

Final Payment

  • Once the final 50% payment is made, the order becomes 100% non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for any portion of the chassis price after final payment is received.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled at any time before the final payment is made, however the initial deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Cancellations cannot be made after payment of the final deposit.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must verify all measurements, specifications, and design requirements prior to placing any order.
  • Incorrect measurements, fitment issues, changes in project plans, or improper installation are not grounds for refunds.
  • Professional installation by qualified fabricators or mechanics is strongly recommended.
